I get to wrap all presents tonight (fun, fun). I finished off shopping last night and to avoid all the crazy people and crowds we headed to the Supercenter in Boonville. It's so much nicer and no crowds plus they have self check out which is great. Anyhow, I got my daughter her first "real" guitar. It's for kids. It comes with note cards and her first guitar book. I also bought her some girl guitar picks they are so cute. Then of course I got her the DS game "Cookin Mama" and a few other things like stuff for the Littlest Pets and some books and of course some High School High stuff. I wasn't bound to spend much because she just had a birthday in November so....she has plenty!

I'll tell ya I'm an inch away from strangling my cat Casper. First off he's got some kind of mental control on our new kitten. She runs away from us at every chance and won't come out and play. Then it seems Casper likes to take the candy canes off the tree at night or while we are not at home and try to eat them making gapping holes in the tree from jumping up to get them. We caught him red pawed (literally) today. Plus I think I'm gonna start putting him in a room by himself once a day so I can get Zoey out and play. I've never had such a sneaky, jealous and grouchy cat in all my life. Ugh this is why I didn't want a boy cat.

Monday, December 17th

X-Mas is finally getting started....

Well I finally got my tree up. The cats keep wanting to tear it down though. ha. I also got the outdoor lights on our patio up. Things are moving along. Now I just have to finish shopping which will happen this weekend after I get my check. I hate last minute but I really have no choice. This year has been hell with expenses. The electric and gas has went up, majorly. The rent went up a little with the lease renewal. Gasoline has went up, groceries have went up, I could go on and on. Geez. Greedy people and lets start with the president and his contribution or should I say his investment in the oil companies. UGH! I can't wait till he's gone and the democrats move in. Although I can't say I'm trilled with the candidates...I mean come on...the world is progressing way to fast for me. Anyhow, back to Christmas, I'm personally ready for it to be over and tax time rolls around. Money, Money, Money...to pay off bills of course. Bills are a weight I hate carrying and when there paid ahead of time I can actually relax and breath. Here are some pics of the cats enjoying, well one is, the tree. Zoey is still being a scaredy cat as of lately. I'm not sure what her problem is.

I think beginning next year one of my resolutions will be to try harder finding a new job. I really need one. That's my second huge weight, my job. Most people hate their jobs but if you could wear my shoes for one day you wouldn't make it 20 minutes. It's that bad. The Drama, the lies, the gossip, the manipulation, the hate, again I could go on and on. And it's not even working in a jail that's bad it's the company I'm contracted through. I can't wait for the day I say "F-U"! ha. sad

The next couple of weeks till about the 23 is going to be hectic. My daughter's father decided to go out of town, on vacation if you will (asshole). Which he does this at least 3 times a year now. I hate having joint custody because Morgan is back and forth so much but then again when parents work, especially with my schedule, it's great to have the other parent for a sitter instead of someone you don't know. Now my mom and I will have to juggle our jobs and Morgan while he's away. I am glad though she won't have to endure his immature girlfriend though for a while. Morgan is so out of control when she's comes home from his house it's unreal. I mean wtf is going on over there.

I'm behind...lol
I haven't put up the tree or anything yet...ugh I'm so behind.

We watched the Video Game Awards last night. Besides the fact that Rock band has drums it doesn't have a better sound track than Guitar Hero's have so winning for best soundtrack is crap. The only songs I even like from it was Weezer's "Say it Ain't So" and Metallica's "Enter Sandman" oh and one of the bonus song's Flyleaf "I'm so Sick". Then about 6 or 7 of the songs are copies from Guitar Hero. It kills me. Ok then you have your microphone to sing we'll good god almost all of the songs on Rockband are not known by 70% of the population. Yeah ok read the words but even that is a nightmare. Almost everyone I know, knows me as being the music queen and knowning tons and tons of lyrics but I couldn't even keep up with the crappy songs on there. Here's a list if you wanna see and here is Guitar Hero 3 song list. Yeah some of the songs look familiar but try and sing them. haha. I also perfer the big circles to the little lines when playing guitar. I thought medium was too easy on Rockband and I played through most of the hard in the time I had it. Guitar Hero's medium is way more difficult even though I can make it through with all songs five star it did take me a couple of times to get the hang of a couple songs. Then hard, omg, is a nightmare. I've only made it to group 6 and I stopped there for now. I just can't get used to the orange key.

I played a guy on co-op live (Guitar Hero 3) the other night. Michael and I decided to be sneaky just to see someone play on expert with the downloaded song "The Devil Went Down to Georgia". Ha. That damn song is hard hard on medium. Omg this guy flew through the first half of the song with no problem but it gets so hard that I guess he gave up. We gave him mad props on a audio email. It was amazing to see someone do that. I'm just curious to see the ratio between good game guitar players and if they play real guitar. Granted they proved even the best guitar player sucks at game guitar but I'm talking about the whole finger thing. They are used to moving their fingers that quick and not having to look at their hands so much. Anyone reading this if you wanna play with me add Micheal5406 to your 360 and lets go at it. hehe.

Anyhow, sorry about that. I have another dentist apt today that I'm not looking forward to. My Dentist and the whole office as a matter of fact it's like walking into an episode of Nip/Tuck verses The Hills. I said that after the first visit there and I about fell out of the chair last time I was there when 4 of the assistants huddled in my room plus the dentist and had a whole conversation about what was going on, on Nip/Tuck. That was funny shit.

Thursday, December 6th

Feeling Icky...
I'm feeling icky today. I hope I'm not getting anything. It was so cold this morning when I went to work and I just haven't shaken the chill. I have a doctors apt. today and I don't even wanna get out. I've been overwhelmed with doctor and dentist apts. ever since I got my insurance. I'm on meds for high blood pressure and zantac for my heartburn and some other pills. I feel like I'm about 70. Ugh!

Work is about the same. Rumors have been going around that the contract we have for the job I do might not be renewed. God who knows what will happen if it comes down to that. I blame that whole mess on my boss and her kiss ass assistant. They never seem to want to do their job right and food doesn't get ordered. I wonder where all this money is going to if food is not being bought. I have no idea who I would even go to about it. They blame it on orders not coming in but I don't believe a place like Sysco wouldn't send some kind of replacement or explanation. This secert stuff has been going on for a while but it's just a "what do I do" kind of situation. It drives me nuts and puts alot of stress on me and I hate it!

There's so much stuff I have to do and that I'm worried and stressed about and it's all falling on my shoulders. I hate when I get in this position. I wish everything would just go away sometimes. Then on top of that some of the issues my daughter is going through. I just don't know what to do about it all. Life was so much easier a few years back.

Well I guess that's all for now. confused

Eh...It took some time...
I'm back. By popular demand. (haha not!).

Not much changes really since I posted last. There were a few personal ones. Same job, same man, same apartment. We did add a new addition to our family. Her name is Zoey. A cute little baby kitten. She is half Siamese/half domestic. I will be putting up there blog and making them their own bio page soon.

I had oral surgury this past week so I'm dealing with pain and other stuff so I've just been blah and not wanting to do anything. sad

Morgan, my daughter, recently had her birthday. She is now 8. She also has been recently diagnosed with a mild form of ADHD. Which we already knew but of course you have to go through the whole evaluation process to be able to get her help.
